BODC parameter semantic model matrices

Terms used to describe the medium in which a measurement was made in the semantic model that underpins the BODC parameter discovery vocabulary

S26 is a compound vocabulary made of the combination of terms from 4 vocabularies: S21 ("sphere" or "domain" name), S22 (sphere sub-grouping), S23 (phase) and S24 (phase sub-group)

New terms can be submitted using the Vocab Builder tool https://www.bodc.ac.uk/resources/vocabularies/vocabulary_builder/matrix/ (will need user registration) or by raising an issue ticket in this S26 repo.

NTR: New matrix terms for suspended particulate material

Created three new matrix terms in relation to suspended particulate material:

MAT01989 - suspended particulate material 1.25-250um
MAT01990 - suspended particulate material 1.0-500um
MAT01991 - suspended particulate material 2.5-500um

These terms will become live on the NVS from 0730 UTC tomorrow morning.

New term: water body [particulate 0.1-0.8um phase]

Definition: Solids contained in a sample from any body of water from a puddle to an ocean that have been collected by cascade filtration through 0.8um and 0.1um filters. This term is used for measurements on the solid expressed in the context of the water body (e.g. Analyte concentration multiplied by SPM concentration).
