We have received the following request via vocab.services (BODCNVS-575):
Would it be possible to get a “nominal value” flag added to the L20 SeaDataNet measurand qualifier flags vocabulary?

Example usage would be with a depth variable that is derived from the planned/nominal/target depth of an instrument on a mooring rope. The flag could be considered as having a “same as” relationship with the “nominal value” flag in the OceanSITES QC indicator reference list (see reference table 2 in Section 3.2 of http://www.oceansites.org/docs/oceansites_data_format_reference_manual.pdf).
