Implemented changes requested in nvs-vocabs/EMODnetChemVocabs#24
As follows:
Deprecated H0500011 and set up a "replacedBy" link to H0500005.
H0500009 broaden to include other polychlorinated polymers.

Changes have been queued for publication on the NVS.

Changes requested in nvs-vocabs/EMODnetChemVocabs#25 have been implemented and queued for publication ion the NVS.

7 new terms have been added to H05 as discussed in nvs-vocabs/EMODnetChemVocabs#29
as follows:
H0500026 undefined non-plastic The litter material was classified as non-plastic but its precise nature was not recorded.
H0500025 undefined plastic The litter material was classified as plastic but its precise nature was not recorded.
H0500024 metal The litter material is metallic, i.e. a matter that, when freshly prepared, polished, or fractured, shows a lustrous appearance, and conducts electricity and heat relatively well. Adapted from Wikipedia entry retrieved 19 October 2022.
H0500023 glass The litter material consists of hard, transparent material made from the melting of sand (silica), soda ash (sodium carbonate) and limestone (calcium carbonate).
