severMiddleware does not run on generate about nuxtent-module HOT 3 CLOSED

getAll now works properly, but there seems to be a conflict with passing a payload to a top level route if it's dynamic children also receive a payload. Until the issue is resolved (nuxt/nuxt#1151), they will have limited usage, if any.

Until this is fixed, nuxtent will primarily have to be used in running apps rather than static sites if people want to use getAll in a top level route and get with the route's nested children.

To be clear, this will work for static and server run sites:

   routes: [
     {
       name: 'posts-slug', // pages/posts/_slug
       method: 'get'
     },
     {
       name: 'archive', // pages/archive
       method: 'getAll'
     }
   ]

This will only work for server run sites:

   routes: [
     {
       name: 'guide-slug', // pages/guide/_slug

     },
     {
       name: 'guide', // pages/guide
       method: 'getAll'
     }
   ]

And due to special treatment of word index that isn't handled in generate routes, this will not work for either:

   routes: [
     {
       name: 'index-slug', // pages/guide/_slug
       method: 'get'
     },
     {
       name: 'index', // pages/guide
       method: 'getAll'
     }
   ]

Payloads were meant to prevent multiple API calls, not to pass data to pages for static builds. Thus, their usage can be avoided if we get serverMiddleware to work in static build.

This will require either 1) Nuxt to make this happen 2) Nuxtent to build its own generate command.
