딥러닝 기법을 이용한 염색 색상 예측 모델 개발

  • 현업 문제점: 염색을 위해 B/T(before test)를 거쳐 대량 염색으로 이어지는 공정에 대한 시간, 경제적 비용 발생, 인력 고령화
  • 분석 목표: AI를 기반으로 염색 레시피를 추천받아 공정 효율 개선

데이터 수집 및 분석

  • 주요 염색가공 X변수 = Input data (원료데이터는 고정되어 있어 input에서 제외해도 될 것 같다.)
  • 주요 예측대상 물성변수 = Output data
    L* : Lightness
    a* : 양수면 적색, 음수면 녹색에 가까움 -60 ~ +60
    b* : 양수면 황색, 음수면 청색에 가까움 -60 ~ +60
  • 상승 속도, 온도, 유지시간 값이 염색 색상에 큰 영향을 미친다.
  • 같은 원단과 염료를 사용하더라도 속도, 온도가 다르게 입력되면 물성변수 L*, a*, b* 결과값이 다르다.
