It is so important for whom use the application for right-to-left texts like 
Arabic.

I tried to launch it under all the different compatibility modes and with admin 
rights.


any ideas and/or needed dependencies?

1. Create project structure 1, 1.1, 1.2
2. Insert the website links to 1.1 and 1.2
3. Right click at 1.1 and select demote

1.1 should get demoted
