aeonvera's Issues

Registration

  1. Cannot leave the SwingIN registration page ... Tried to click Attended Events and it wouldn't work. Hosted Events and Edit profile (etc.) was fine.
(Think Attended Events is NOT working period)
  2. Clicking "SwingIN 2014" in upper left of page has Error page ...
  3. How do you look at your information for SwingIN without it being the actual registration page?

Registration #2

  1. I cannot "Destroy" old packages that I do not want. "Wrong address" typed in?
    (but, can edit the packages)
  2. Revenue cannot be viewed (I also didn't pay for my event)

(all I can look at for now)

Export group discount codes to an external list

The example being, people can see if their scene/city is already represented by a group discount code (either within the registration system or on the external website) and who the contact in their scene is to retrieve that code before registering.

Keep track of every at-the-door transaction

Method of payment, items purchased, date, etc
This will give us a running total of how much money we're supposed to have each dance / day (afternoon and classes).

This would soooorta be like a minor point of sale system.

I wonder if the PayPal card readers can work with webpages. It would be neat to take cards outside of PayPal. (It's possible that we then wouldn't have identity issues)

Website should generate a distribution list for email communications

I currently have to download emails, erase the current list, and then re-upload them to SendPress. Having the website update that list as people register would be nice. Even better, be able to filter and select only certain people to send emails to (like what we had to do this year with un-paid registrants).

Graphical schedule should be able to be generated

from a list of times that:

  • people need to be places
  • dances / classes start / end
  • relative times when competitions should be
  • band breaks / when djs play

nice to have for this nice to have feature:

  • import from google calendar

-- maybe just suggest they use google calendar?

Registration ....

  1. Signed up my event - did not give me a chance to say I would have shirts at my event. Thus, my information page for "Attendees" does not represent my info accurately. Maybe add just Attendees (no extras)?
  2. Not able to make packages - error page when trying to save (user error?) .. correction ... no longer working. Error message. Also, once I have reached the Error page, I am no longer able to backtrack to a working page unless I reload the original page.
  3. Passes is nothing atm -- cannot open to the page
  4. Cannot register as an attendee. "Google can't find the page"

(Will update more once I am able to register! Looks like a great system so far!)

Collaboration issue

This is what it tells me when I click on the link the "You've been invited..." email.

Housing

Should be able to list what animal/pet you have because of people's allergies.

Also, it is asked in the "Need to be housed" section. It should be the same. :)
