I assume you've installed FS to Program Files (x86). If so they should be located in the VirtualStore. You can find it, if you enter %LOCALAPPDATA% into the address-bar of Explorer and navigate to VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Silver Games LLC\flexible\Flexible Survival\Release.
Or you simply hit Win+R and type %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Silver Games LLC\flexible\Flexible Survival\Release into that dialogue.

Please do not install FS in Program files - anywhere outside of access-restricted folders is recommended. A games folder or so...

Personally I have installed it there because CONTRIBUTING.md recommends/requires it.
But for players, who don't plan on contributing I recommend, what @Wahn128 said.

Maybe a Wiki entry or something like that could be helpful to point people who have installed the game into the Program Files (x86) folder to the VirtualStore? In addition it should recommend not to install it there, though the installer already does it.
