It's fine for this task to take 30 seconds, I just want to slam the ThreadPool.

This will required making the thread pool more robust first, but it'd be great if two nodes that don't depend on each other can happen concurrently.

Suppose outer operation depends on foo to provide bar, and an embedded operation depends on bar to provide baz. If you provide baz externally, this should cause the outer operation to discard foo, since bar is now no longer necessary.

Target these versions:

• mri 2.1.5
• mri 1.9.x (latest)
• rbx 2.2.10
• rbx 2.3.0
• jruby (latest)

• Conductor is too close to the orchestra metaphor. I'd like the metaphors to end at the gem name.
• Performance, perform, etc. should probably be renamed to something like Execution, execute, etc.

• Replace Flutter with InvitationService
• Add FizzBuzz example
• Can invoke examples from console
• Demonstrate that operations can be embedded
• result and finally improvements to Operation DSL
