Description

Searching and matching a substring against a format is prone to false positives, similar to Dotfyle's approach. Plugins mentioned in comments or substrings in options that match the plugin spec format are falsely identified as plugins used by the config.

With lazy.nvim managed configurations it may be better to use the Lazy lockfile, lazy-lock.json as the source of truth for plugins. With Packer managed configs, packer_compiled.lua may prove a more reliable source.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a comment containing a string of the format foo/bar to your configuration
2. Run :MdMake
3. foo/bar is listed as a plugin

Expected behavior

Ignore comments and other strings of the form foo/bar that are not plugins
