为什么要编写此项目
我开办网站的时候，在最后一步，公安联网备案时，需要填写一个问卷，这个东西需要先打印出来，手填，然后（高清扫描件，生成PDF，嗯。。。联系我的人是这么说的）， 我是填完之后，直接用手机的文档模式拍了个照，然后生成的PDF，生成PDF的时候，就想自己做一个，为什么呢？隐私泄露！！！
没有保存，就没有泄露
