Not possible to link to react-static

Since we're missing new version of react-static-plugin-sass which will fix problem with sass template, I tried to build and link sass plugin myself but it fails on missing webpack dependency.

To replicate:

  1. create project with [v6], sass template
  2. link react-static-plugin-sass [master branch]
  3. build
yarn build
yarn run v1.9.4
$ react-static build
