Some use cases might require a reminder to be sent at different times (e.g. practice reminder sent at a different time on weekends). But that might not be a common use case and you can also use multiple reminders for this use case. (Suggestion if this is implemented: Add/remove schedule button. That would allow users to add a new schedule where they can set time and day and which is controlled with the same reminder on/off toggle switch)
