If a user account state is EXPIRED or EXPIRED(GRACE) and user state is unlocked oracle_user reports changed always.

Hi looks like a very useful project, I am going to try to download it and have a play around.
One thing that immediately strikes me as slightly problematic (at least for me) is requirement to provide per instance parameters as below.
Ideally I would like to store the host&port&service/sid via tnsnames.ora, and store the oracle_user and password in wallet.
I think that is not possible per current configuration, have you considered this? (maybe a enhancement request)?

It would be great to be able to set the initial resource consumer group of a user.
