Check-In is a Sinatra CRUD application that enables users to create entries to keep track of their moods, daily activities, and other factors that can influence mental health.

The goal of this application is to provide users with a space reflect on the daily changes in their emotional health, in order to cultivate mindfulness over time about what daily actions are influential to their mental state.

To get started, clone this repository.

In your terminal, cd into the project directory and run bundle install to install gem dependencies.

Run rake db:migrate to load the database and rake db:seed to seed the database.

Enter shotgun in your terminal to fire up the local server and navigate your browser to localhost:9393.
