Right now on every click of the button, it injects a script into the tab. This will add the blocker listener myWebProgressListener multiple times.

• Stop current http/https load/render
• Stop current background requests
• Stop future background requests
• Stop animations where possible
• Stop all current script actions? Probably not, don't want to kill JS menus
• Prevent readahead (on link hover) as per network.http.speculative-parallel-limit
• Prevent known automated redirects such as META redirect/refresh
• Allow user-initiated actions such as link click, page refresh
  • Plan: on mouse down event, remove blocker listener which will allow it, on mouse up if no http within 500ms, then add blocker listener back
• Allow user to change location by typing in location bar, search bar, reload, back/forward, etc
