This would refer to issue #2. Cleaning main would require new functions in entity and and entity manager that allows any given entity to get a list of entities given a basic filter. This would allow that entity to handle all update functionality by itself and significantly reduce the code in main.

Implement various managers. for example a window manager and entity manager to make the code cleaner. This would also allow the giant update cycle in main to be split up into the update functions of entity classes.

The current cmake file does not support either mac or linux builds. This is something that should be added in the future
