We need to index all of the package versions across all instantiations of the contract registry.

This will allow users to search for packages / organizations globally.

When you are releasing new versions you are probably bumping more than one contract version (ex: DAO DAO).

It would be cool if you could just make one proposal that bulk registers many versions at once.

We need a local CLI tool where we can fetch code ids for dependencies.

For now we will keep registering new contract versions through the dao in dao dao ui, but it would be cool to be able to release contract version updates via this tool as well.

We can install this tool via cargo install while we prototype.

Once #1 is done

Add the following to the ExecuteMsg::Register:

• Git sha of the contract about to be released
• Name and version of the rust optimizer used to create the final wasm.
• Os architecture used when running optimizer "darwin-32bit"

These are needed to actually verify that the wasm being registered is valid.

We need a simple web frontend where we can search for contracts and view the release information (version, code id, etc).
