Failing to build Dockerfile

When I try to build the (unmodified) Dockerfile I'm getting this:

debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Dialog
debconf: (TERM is not set, so the dialog frontend is not usable.)

debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Readline
debconf: (This frontend requires a controlling tty.)

While not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you set a password for the 
MySQL administrative "root" user.

If this field is left blank, the password will not be changed.

Any clues as to why this is?

ERROR: cannot open `/var/mysql/database.sql' (No such file or directory)

Seemingly an inevitable outcome of https://github.com/nkratzke/EasyMySQL/blob/master/start-database.sh#L8

file -bi /var/mysql/database.sql

What is that line's intent?

Mysql install freeze

When the docker started install mysql, the install don't continue after root pass input:
