When using secrets I typically mount my secrets into a particular directory...
When using file provider it would be great if all secrets referenced in the config file were relative to that directory name.

Also in development I typically try to match my development system to the production system and in this case keep my secrets as discrete files BUT in directories relative to the development code.

Would it be possible for file provider to have a path argument provided to it so that files found file this library are relative to that path.
