Windows Docker has issues in connection with Mariadb container.

To runs wp-config.php with wp config create --params
It becomes an error.

ERROR 1130 (HY000): Host 'xxx-docker_php_1.xxx-docker_default' is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server

Windows cannot resolve local network routing, therefore Mariadb settings should be changed.
As /etc/mysql/my.cnf

Should remove comment out for bind-address but I'm concerned about security risk.

Another problem for Mariadb on Windows Docker, It is cannot be initialized in the database because the image optimizes for Linux, Unix system. It is also needed to change .cnf file.

It needs to add these options

innodb_flush_method=littlesync (prob: normal is correct)
innodb_use_native_aio=OFF

Considering to support for Windows Machine..

Should be editable timezone in php.ini or user.ini

Should install ssmtp for php mail.
