2. Attemped to attach file while Composing a message in Gmail.

What did you expect would happen?
Selecting Attach from the Gmail Composer was expected to list FileMan as it 
does with other apps including Gallery, OI File Manager, etc. as an option to 
pck a file using the 'pick_file' intent.

What actually happened instead?
FileMan was not listed.

1. Created a multi-line note in Notepad

I expected the title of the note to change, after all, the title was originally 
populated from the first line of the note.

What actually happened instead?
The title of the note stayed the same even though the first line of the note 
changed.

I actually don't like that the title of the note is auto-populated from the 
first line of the note.  I'd just ad a single-line entry box for it (with 
auto-capitalization) and rig it so when I hit "enter" or "go" on the keyboard 
it moves down into the actual note.

I have Notepad.

I've just begun using it, but I enjoy how simple the interface is (compared to 
many others).

That being said, the simplicity of it leaves something to be desired. Your 
application icon is fantastic, but the app itself doesn't have any sort of 
theme option to imitate the actual notepad appearance.

Let's say a slightly thicker app title bar in that blue, and the option for a 
dark or a light background (with border lines, perhaps?

I generally prefer lighter backgrounds, and I'm sure a lot of other people do. 
Additionally, if you make the title bar slightly thicker, then you can add a 
"+" button for new notes.

Keep up the great work.

Add features of reading and extracting ZIP-archive files.

What did you do?
1.Connected to a MUSH via SSL.
2.Used MUSH for a few minutes minutes.
3.Connection seemed to have idled out within a few minutes, no longer responded 
to commands, about 5~10 minutes later finally gave message: "error: Read error: 
ssl=0x76a49898: I/O error during system call, Connection timed out"

What did you expect would happen?
Program to maintain connection to the server.

What actually happened instead?
Connection was lost after short idle, without notification for 5~10 minutes.

Searched everywhere.  Don't want to move files only through the SD copy feature.

This is a very useful utility and works as advertised.

I would find it much easier to use if navigation were a bit easier.

First suggestion is to give option not to have keyboard pop up when running the 
program;

Second would be to have a 'go to end' option, or provide some other quick means 
of getting to the end of the note.

Also, there doesn't seem to be an explanation anywhere as to what the "Auto On" 
and "Auto Off" feature is or what it is supposed to do.

I use one notepad file as a log file and append to it frequently.  Since append 
always puts the last entry at the end, I'd like to be able to view that last 
entry without having to scroll all the way to the end.  Currently it only 
'scrolls' a single screen page at a time and doesn't scroll in the typical 
Android sweep.  In trying to get to the end of the file, if you pause to long 
in trying to get it to scroll the keyboard keeps coming up.

I hope this feed back is useful.

contents are okay, file names are changed; dashes in file names are removed, 
e.g. Sample-File.txt becomes SampleFile.txt; space or underscores are observed

Imports are okay. File names w/ dashes, underscores or spaces are imported 
properly.

I expected the app to open by default in the root of my sdcard, not the root of 
my device. The market description reads: "FileMan is a simple file manager for

The app opened in the root of my device, I then needed to manually select SDCARD

I realize the last update was back in early 2011, so I suspect the app is 
probably out of development, but I wanted to see if I could request a feature 
enhancement.

It would be awesome if it were possible to put the export function on a 
schedule - for instance, I could have them back up once a day/week/month/etc.

Any chance of this being added?

I've tried MuClient on both an Archos A28 (Froyo, extremely limited RAM) and 
now an LG Optimus V phone (Froyo, 512MB RAM).

Unfortunately, on both devices, a few minutes of MUCKing can result in some 
sort of runaway behavior that nearly freezes the devices.  I've only been 
trying it with SSL connections, and with a couple losses of signal and 
reconnects per session due to being mobile/wireless.


On the Archos this seemed understandable, as it has so little RAM it can't 
reliably keep the keyboard(!) resident with MuClient or most other apps.

On the phone, this was more surprising, and I discovered the extent of the 
problem when a call came in and I was literally unable to answer it.  (In fact, 
the Launcher froze up and I was forced to pull the battery to reboot.)


I haven't yet looked at the memory usage of the MuClient process, let alone 
taken any steps to profile it.  I'm filing this mostly to find out if this is a 
known issue - and if not, I can investigate further and post the findings here.

Please add in 256 color support

I would really appreciate a find function that let me search for matches within 
a given Notepad note. Basically, I'm hoping for something that works like 
Ctrl+F in Chrome or Notepad++, preferably w/ search wrapping.

Love the app.

I love this app because of it's simplicity... and while I don't want it to 
become one of those note apps with stupid features, one useful feature would be 
to create checklists, with checkboxes that "grey-out" the item. This would be 
useful for To-Do's and grocery lists.

notepad is a great app, I think it would be a good idea to provide the 
translation into different languages.
If you want I can help with the translation into Italian.

i ve used taskman for some time on my htc legend
but now it is not possible
it is very simpe app so i don't see any problems with it's compabilility with 
my htc legend

Tried to export my notes to SD card.

I get the error message Export Failed.

Maybe it is because my file names aren't a good enough format for notepad to be 
able to export? (I let them name them whatever I wrote at the time, is this a 
problem?)  If this is the case can I access these files somehow without having 
to export them to SD?  If not, I guess I'll have to retype them all into my 
laptop as a notepad or worddoc, which would be very time consuming.  Hope you 
can help, thanks, Matt.
