Hello,

I am having troubles with connecting to an IPv6 SOCKS5 proxies - no connection attempt is even made (I see no traffic over the network), and timeout error never occurs in the UI.

I have successfully tried to connect to the same proxy and everything works OK.

Please help me with an additional troubleshooting of this issue.

missing isDel column in the original table.

I want to see p@rn content that blocked by telegram.

It would be a good idea to create a fdroid-like repository to make it easier to update the application.

I think it would add more relevance to this project

There is no options turn on or turn off please add ghost mode, auto translate, view history button, hide messages from blocked users ,spoiler message show directly . Disable porn blocking by default

sometime user lazy to remember which peoplw group or channel that has been shadow banned

keep message on dm is not good idea because if we using other client msg will visible

solution:
add mark if people already shadow banned or not

add auto delete message for shadow banned people on dm only

Will be cool to have a numerical/slider option to set different rounding for avatars.

Many people are unaware of secret chats, adding a easy to acess logo near directchat logo (non e2e chat), will make people use secret chat conviniently. Seems like the secret chat has been hardcoded in hamburger menu to make it less viewable. Please check attached illustration.

Hi and thanks for this stunning client. Maybe you already know about this but I want to describe an upstream issue with non-GCM push notifications.

If you send a message to someone who's using TG Foss, NekoX, Fork Client or TH and then you remotely edit it or delete it, its content will remain totally unaffected in the notifications preview on the recipient's phone and he/she can read everything from there in its original state before entering the application (where the actual message indeed got edited or deleted).

Showing id/dc like username/bio takes up lot of space in user profile page, the approach of https://github.com/nekox-dev/nekox can be used (with credits) that makes id/dc appear near profile pic. Check photo below. Thanks 👍

i would like to suggest to use NekoX source code as the primary base for Telegraher. It’s much better than using Telegram-FOSS source code if you planned it! NekoX itself uses (and is based on) code from Telegram-FOSS! But NekoX contains much more features than just Telegram-FOSS!

problem:
user should and surely want to avoid accidentally chatting on the group
(specially strict group)
because if you accidentally break the rule you may get warning or ban

solution:
add new feature called read only mode for self

If read only mode enabled you still can view the respective group but you cannot:

1. Talking on the group

Pls also expand the feature by allow user to enable / disable read only mode to specific group and add time management so feature will enabled or disabled specifically or not for xxx time
and also pls make this ability available on dm too with same feature and extending

Hidden accounts are not displayed in the general list of accounts, they can only be accessed by entering a passcode in the Telegram client blocking mode. The number of hidden accounts "Double bottom" is not limited.

Image loading process bugged and impossible to save image

i’d like to ask a feature, it’s a one internal number for all builds.
it’s a some kind of lifehack which lets to roll back the app if you even don‘t have a root!
it will be usefull if some bugs are appeared and could be possible instal over to a prev.version of the app. in usual android os not possible to do it.

not descriptions - 8.74.4 , for example..

as it became now in 7 digits, i would suggest, for example, 3333333 number.
and also, to clear see connections with tg numbers, i would suggest to write descriptions - just addind a dot or dash with number!

Whenever we send any doc or photo or video the exif (extra info) such as location of taking photo, device name etc get's linked to image leading to privacy leakage and increased size of document. If it is possible to provide a option to strip/remove exif data from such docs/photos/videos then it will be a good feature for privacy

Whenever we login to new device, the tg server get to know which device we are using (in setting > privacy > devices). Is there any way that something will be implemented so that the device name can be changed/faked to diffrent device.
