A cross platform all in one translator app

Based on the deep_translator package

Motivation

There is no app where many translators are integrated. Sure you can use google translate app, the pons app or the linguee app. However, you will need to install many apps on your phone. But what if you want to use only one app, where all these translators are integrated and you can switch between them to get different translations?

This motivated me to create the deep_translator library, which you can find here: https://github.com/nidhaloff/deep_translator and this motivated me further to use the kivy framework to make a mobile app based on the deep_translator tool.

No word suggestions for keyboards

On Android 10 (LOS 17.1 on OnePlus 6) i don't get the suggestion bar. Tried with SwiftKey and Android Keyboard (AOSP).

Read a little bit in the kivy documentation.
It seems like keyboard_suggestions = True should handle that for keyboards for the TextInput widget. In the Doc it seems it should default to true but is only available if input_type = 'text' which should also be as default. Though the version of kivy you're using is fairly old and the Doc was for the current stable version. Maybe you have to set it explicitly?

Nice little App though 👍🏻
