Add subchapter about shell(s) to basic's

• a list of shells
• what does a shell provide
• what kind of config files are usually in place

Remove Travis CI based build and migrate to GitHub Actions

Mention that for long running script or scripts which e.g. shall interact with nc (see -e option of nc) it might be necessary to disable buffer using the -u option of the python interpreter to make sure the script will be interactive enough.

If Buffering of stdout is enabled it can happen e.g. that request is parsed and response is generated and even written to stdout but the other end won't receive anything because stdout won't be flushed because of the enabled buffering, this can cause ping/pong protocol implementations to hang forever.
