Hi,

Before running

pip install -r requirements/dev.txt

I had to run
sudo apt-get install libffi-dev and
sudo apt-get install libssl-dev

I am absolutely not a Vagrant or Ansible expert so I don't know if this is a missing step or if it's an issue I have locally.
