Overloading Wikitravel's servers is in the interest of nobody.
Don't run this script if a reasonably fresh dump is already available.

Usage: groovy -classpath lib/nekohtml.jar:lib/xercesImpl.jar oxygenpump.groovy
Data is stored in the "wikicode" directory.

Skip locally existing article

It should skip download (and the download waiting, too) if the file already exists locally and is larger than empty.

Crashes on slashes in article names

It loks like it crashes on articles that have slash in them.

Caught: java.io.FileNotFoundException: wikicode/Afghanistan/Northeast.wikicode (No such file or directory)
