Above line has the N+1 Queries problem. The return line needs to use a select_related or prefetch_related like so:

return qs.filter(street__city_site__group__in=groups).select_related("street")

and in line 20 (referenced in link above) we could be explicit mentioning "street__name" as our column content not just "street" which implicitly gets the name in its str() getter.
