wds-reflect's Issues

Feature Request: IG recent feed?

Ooooh, could we pull in a user's most recent three IG photos to the left sidebar of the profile view, right below the social links?

Profile Setup: Twitter Auth

Seems to be broken. I'm taken to the login screen with Twitter, but then the actual api.worlddominationsummit.com authorization hangs for several minutes, then ultimately returns the "Oops! Looks like the WDS site is off on a short adventure!" error screen.

WDS App: Hub doesn't connect/crashes

Current version of the app is crashing after the dispatch tries to load, but push notifications still work!
Check the API URL to see if you can adjust accordingly.

Profile Setup: Favorite Book

Adjust copy to change "fave" to "favorite". I'm worried non-English-speakers may not catch the slang in this instance.

Profile Setup: Let people know/hub

Is there supposed to be a social share option on this screen? Also, this may just not be ready yet, but clicking the hub link returns the new 404 page.

Live site ticket claiming

Not sure how big an issue this is. I went to the live site and purchased 3 tickets via my iPhone. I claimed one for my fake self, and one for fake Jedd. I left the third empty and closed the Chrome app. While waiting for my e-mail confirmation, I reopened Chrome and the site was asking me again if one of the tickets was for myself. I clicked yes and I guess that means I accidentally claimed two of my three tickets for myself. When I got the confirmation e-mails a few minutes later, I tried clicking on the link in the receipt e-mail and it said that I had already claimed three tickets.

I went through the profile set up process, which was very smooth. Only thing is that the dispatch looked a little wonky on my iPhone, with some of the text trailing off beyond the screen instead of wrapping. (And maybe I shouldn't have posted a comment from my fake account - oops!)

ticket claiming

Hi Nicky. I just tested the ticket purchase/claiming process on my phone. I answered "yes" that I had been to WDS before and entered my previously used e-mail and password without a problem. I then purchased three tickets. There was just one little thing where the next screen I saw showed the bottom half of the ticket claim form, the part with the text boxes, so I had to scroll up to see the instructions at the top.

I claimed one of the tickets for myself and when it asked for my e-mail address, this time I put in a different e-mail and made my first name "Micheel". Just wondering: Is my old account still linked to my new purchase and which name will the system use for me?

Something I noticed when I went to enter the name and e-mail for my second ticket is that the form was telling me "Ticket 3 of 6" - so it appeared that I had purchased 6 tickets. But maybe that's from a previous fake transaction I had done months ago?

I received my receipt, "ticket was assigned" notices, and "you're going to WDS" e-mails no problem.

Great job.

Michelle

Dispatch Feed in the HUB not showing special group designations.

When someone is posting in a specific group, the dispatch in the online hub doesn't show that. I.e. If I post in the tantric meetup that we're full and not flexible on adding more people, the dispatch doesn't show that I posted it in the "tantric meetup".

Profile Setup: Photo Upload

When uploading a photo, the WDS globe appears cropped oddly, and the uploaded photo does not display, whether clicked to file browser or dragged to upload. Can we also add size guidelines (pixel dimensions or a max file size)?

iOS 10 Profile Setup: Autofill

If you have contact info stored in iCloud, the fields light up with a strange yellow box and the scroll views like country selection behave erratically. Not sure if there's anything you can do about this.

Profile Setup: ticket purchase transition

I tested purchasing a 6th ticket, and after it was successful and I assigned the ticket, it automatically took me to my own original purchase profile setup. The transition there was a little awkward, since it just switched over to the original name I provided without any context. This could be confusing to people buying tickets for friends who haven't set up their own profile yet.

Profile Setup: Interest Selection

Hover color for boxes is fire engine red. Can we change to the light blue brand color or one of the others from our palette? (Safari)

Profile Setup: Image Upload

The auto-center and auto-crop function is behaving strangely with a photo I took with my iPhone, whether uploaded from mobile or desktop. It seems to be zooming way in on the center, making it completely unreadable. See screen shot and source photo for comparison. (Pardon the butts)

iOS 10 Ticket Purchase: Virtual Keyboard

There are a few issues where tapping a button while the virtual keyboard is shown on-screen results in some weird shifting of the page and process indicators:

Profile Setup: Country List

Countries drop-down are ordered strangely... seems to be alpha by country abbreviation, not first letter of country name (ex: ZA for South Africa listed with Zs instead of with Ss)
