classpath of run.sh is out of date

The attached patch computes the class path by finding all jar files in lib
and adding them to the classpath. This makes it easier to update jar
without having to modify the run script every time.

The patch also contains the dos2unix changes from the other issue I just
opened.

Source files are iso-8859-1 encoded which makes the ant build fail on Linux

1. Call ant build.xml on Linux

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should build successfully. Instead, the Java compiler can't compile a
lot of the source files since they are not utf8 encoded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

svn checkout

Please provide any additional information below.

The attached patch fixes the encoding of all the Java files of the project.

It should run the the built code.

The attached patch adds /bin/sh as shell interpreter and converts the file
to unix line breaks.
