Standards compliance

Rewrite interfacing to use standards like gRPC to make it easier to interoperate with other implementations. Maybe also use SSL for encryption instead of single-key RSA.

Nodejs Compatibility

Now I know this isn't a priority but it would be nice if lines 45-46 in usdpl-front/src/connection.rs

could be changed to not rely on the "window" object but instead, just call fetch directly. As such would make it possible to run from nodejs which also has a built-in fetch function.

Update USDPL backend API to use Decky env variables

Decky loader now exposes lots of details that USDPL currently figures out in slightly janky ways. It would be better to use those environment variables to figure out everything instead of relying on the current fallback implementation.
