You mention in your blog post :

You can upload any file structure you want. If you are doing something like a HashLips build, you can upload the assets and metadata at the same time by dragging them both to the upload box.

I am not sure how the metadata would upload the right image ipfs location on the upload? I uploaded images and metadata in the same go but the ipfs location wasn't updated.

Upload 5000 images and still 0.01MiB after few minute. My internet data is also drained but the progress bar shows the same number. Data packets are reduced more than what is disclosed

I want to register 12000 NFTs.
However, I encountered the following issue

Error: packing files: ENOSPC: no space left on device, write

What is this phrase?

For reference, the file size is 7GB in total.

Is this because the capacity is too large?

I am getting this error when I try to upload a folder with 200,000 JSON files that altogether weigh 57 MB, but when it finishes, it gives me the following error. I tried uploading fewer files with the same format (exactly 100) and those were uploaded successfully, but I need to have all 200,000 files in the same package. Could someone please give me a hand? Thank you very much!

This is consistently happening for this large upload. It happens after getting between 20% and 80% of the upload complete... Anyone know what's happening?

Whenever I am uploading my nft folder on NFTUP its saying Error: storing files: API Key is malformed or failed to parse.

Why is the website marked as a phishing site ? the antivirus closed the connection ! Chrome , Edge warns about phishing website

A friend was using NFT Up, and then removed the API token from the NFT.Storage site, but didn't realize that means they need to clear the token from NFT Up. So they were just experiencing stuck uploads. If we detect a bad token we should either auto-clear it or prompt to clear it.

The NFTUp window should tile neatly with tiling window managers like i3. Here's what it looks like as of now:

Also, some keyboard shortcuts would be nice, but that's a separate feature request :)

On Linux (Fedora 36), using the latest AppImage (beta0 from April 8th) or even source code (yarn;yarn start with node LTS 16.x)

I try to drag 5 PNG files (images I'm using for NFTs), each 4-5MB each. I get always this error

Error: packing files: Total size of files should exceed 0, make sure to provide some content

Even if I choose the folder and drag the folder. Same issue. I was already prompted for the API, even if I clear it and submit the api again, same issue.

Attempted to upload a large (23GB) folder, files appear to be in place but GUI is hung showing "23.88GB of 23.85GB", you will notice that's more than the source size! Additionally, my nft.storage account portal shows a status "Pinning" and "Queueing" more than 12 hours later. Was directed by dchoi in Discord to open an issue.

Is we need to upload API keys to NFTUP to get CID and for pinning my NFTS? when I upload a folder on NFTUP it doesn't ask API key for me and it gives CID without take API key ?

my 1.3 GB upload just failed midway because of 502

Please consider adding some retry or resume functionality. I guess I'll be off writing a script for now
