Open empty pages in edit mode about collectives HOT 11 CLOSED

This is more complex than it sounds.

First of all... how do we know the page is empty?
Well... we can have the preview load it and then detect it's empty.
Not very fancy but it works.

If the page is empty we switch to edit mode.
This will cause the title to loose focus for new pages.

So we only do this for pages with an existing title that are empty.

Now we are in edit mode. What happens if the user switches to read only mode?
The preview gets loaded again... sees that the page is empty and switches back to edit mode.

So we have two options: Either we disable the read only switch for empty pages. Or we end up with two types of edit mode... the initial one based on the content of the page and the one that was explicitly selected by the user.

I'll think about it some more but i am tempted to not implement this for now.
