Runing build-all task from top-level build.xml file not succeed.

The first error is :
 BUILD FAILED
/shared/apache/hackystat/build.xml:381: The following error occurred while
executing this line:
/shared/apache/hackystat/hackystat-sensorbase-postgres/jar.build.xml:6: The
following error occurred while executing this line:
/shared/apache/hackystat/hackystat-sensorbase-postgres/build.xml:21: This
package requires the Postgres JDBC Connector to be installed and
env.POSTGRES_DRIVER_HOME defined

Second try, after remove hackystat-sensorbase-postgres from build-all task,
fail again:

BUILD FAILED
/shared/apache/hackystat/build.xml:386: The following error occurred while
executing this line:
/shared/apache/hackystat/hackystat-sensor-ant/jar.build.xml:29: Error while
expanding /shared/apache/hackystat/hackystat-sensor-ant/thirdpartyjars/JRCS.jar
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/shared/apache/hackystat/hackystat-sensor-ant/thirdpartyjars/JRCS.jar (No
such file or directory)

After remove sensor-ant as well, the build pass.

 * 1. ivy for hackystat-sensorbase-postgres need to be fixed. 
 * 2. hackystat-sensor-ant's jar task need to be fixed.

It would be better to have a separate bin and src distribution zip files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using HACKYSTAT 8.3.11 version on Windows XP. I am able to install
services & able to access with browser. 

But, I am not able to add sensor for JIRA system. Can you please help me
with this.

Need documentation on sensor data types. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run SensorBase version 8.3.810.
2. Authenticate with SensorBase as the local server administer.
3. Ask for a User instance by mean of the SensorBaseClient method
"getUser(String email)" where "email" would be the email associated with
any registered user other than the logged admin himself.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the User instance referred to the registered user
who is the proprietary of the sent 'email'. 
Indeed you'll see that the returned User instance is the one referred to
the admin himself and not to the requested user.

I think this behavior is not intentional because being logged as the admin
already allows you to get data about any user you want, but it actually
works only by mean of the SensorBaseClient method "getUser(UserRef
userRef)" and not by mean of "getUser(String email)".

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Ant 1.8
2. Run an Ant task from a hackystat project
3. Rejected, saying require 1.7.1 or later...

When looking into build.xml, it actually only accept 1.7.X except 1.7.0.
There actually only one version (1.7.1) satisfy this.

Support monitoring utilities. PingMail is initial utility.

I have updated the version numbers.

We need an 'uber' build system.

The distribution zip files should expand into a single directory, not into
the set of all services/sensors. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed the services as per install doc from binaries
2. accessed http://localhost:9879/projectbrowser/  for first time
3. Unable to login

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What are the admin credentials for this.
