The 10gen file includes a baseurl that leads nowhere.
The mongodb cannot install.
The baseurl for RH-family should be changed to:
url "https://repo.mongodb.org/yum/redhat/$releasever/mongodb-org/4.2/basearch/"
And then gpgcheck should be enabled (1)
and should add : gpgkey=https://www.mongodb.org/static/pgp/server-4.2.asc

It would be better to change it to something that end-user can add in variable.
In that case, it won't be needed to change the code each version.
