when adding, replace ttl on all records in the set, if specified about denominator HOT 2 CLOSED

Are you sure you dont want to change the 'add' to take a ResourceRecordSet
? Even if it was suboptimal and made lots of network calls at first it
seems like the right direction, especially for things like you've cited
below..
