Need to add angular material and its dependancies to the core config of the app.

This task will satisfy the working demo portion of the RFQ.

Setup User Authentication using Azure Auth Services and Either Open ID Connect or OAuth2.0

Create the skeleton of the controller for the food view that will call the dataservice and get the data in the controller for the corresponding view.

Task is too add in the angular material library and in supporting markup to create a more modern look and facilitate better accessibility. This task also requires removing old dependencies.

Work on creating a directive that is a responsive D3 choropleth map. This map will use the colors outlined in our working UI demo attached for reference.

Need to fix package dependencies so it automatically resolves to the correct version of angular on setup.

Create function in data service to create the data for the map as well the accompanying table.

There is a dependency problem somewhere in the package.json file. We need to find this and fix before release.
