Let me ask a question here.
I'd like to clarify relations of IDs.
I heard 1 ticket contain 1024 pages max, is that right? or Should I say 1 file can contain 1024 tickets(pages)?

I also heard 1 file can be divided into books. how many pages in 1 book and how many books in a ticket file?

From pen stroke we obtain page id, note id, and owner id also. Are those associate to 1 ticket? or 1 file? or page by page?

Let me ask a question about stroke data origin.

Where exactly the origin of the stroke data on paper? Is that exact left top corner of paper? or is there an offset?
WHat is a unit of the stroke data, is that cm? or mm? or dot grid?

Hi there,
I found that Pen F-110's transfer rate is slower in iOS than Android. In iOS, it is sending packets in slices. But in Android, whole packet coming at a time. Is there anyway in iOS to increase transfer rate.

Kindly help us to improve speed in iOS as well.
