Dummy text in brand guide

It seems that we have dummy text in our brand guide.
Should replace or remove that, because it is a bit confusing.

Guide source file

The brand guide should have an (editable) source file in this repository.

Logo source file

The logo should be available as at least one source file format in this repository with the font settings as they should be. (AI, PSD, SVG with text instead of paths). Ideally multiple.

Meetup Logo

Hello,

we are working on a Neos Vienna Meetup logo. The logo should be used to promote the events and for our videos.

There is a default application for official Neos events. https://discuss.neos.io/t/neos-conference-logo-extending-the-logo-system-and-adding-some-more-colors/1523/32

The reasons we propose an adapted version is, since we are not the official Neos Foundation, I think it's good to show that this Meetup documents. Especially in applications like videos, where there's only space for the logo without a claim, it should be clear that this is not necessary the official option.
