Update README.md to

Current Behavior

README.md is confusing with two entries for MQ_VERIFY environment variable.

Possible Solution

Update README.md to give correct description of MQ_VERIFY environment variable. Also, maybe describe how MQ_VERIFY=verify_none is different from using the NOTLS environment variable.

shovel mechanism does not work with central EGA MQ

Description

Current configuration does not work with the CEGA Connection as the shovelling does not move messages properly.
We need to repair the shovel configuration.

Ideal this task will add also the tests to see if these still work. one would need:

  • fake Central EGA MQ - rabbitmq
  • interceptor to work on the Central EGA MQ to process messages
