Adding biometrics and track history of the stranger (This issue is not part of SWOC)

Hi @neha07kumari ,
I wish to work on this project 'Thief Detection'. I would like to work on existing issues and would also like to add some features into it. If by some mechanism we can track the history and as well as the travel history of the stranger then it would make things easy. A feature like biometrics or even face detection(revealing the stranger's identity) will help us to identify two things. First whether the person is a criminal/thief and whether he/she has a track record about the same and secondly by the same mechanism biometrics we will distinguish people who are already known to the people of that house and who are coming to that house for the first time(fetching their details in the database).Coming at unusual time (arrival time)will help us to detect them.
It may be the case that the thief will take unusual measures to enter the house like by jumping off the fence or when there is a powercut in the house.
