Fix styling for LinkList active state

They currently occupy space depending on the amount of text within. There should also be an option divide them up equally to occupy the space of the container.

Similar to Status card there should be a borders (linear gradient) to the left showing status such as errors / warnings etc
... Should also show a message below describing the error along with an appropriate icon.

We should update the status card so that it is no longer a left border / background image, but a nested element with some padding and the status background colour. That way the consumer can dump in an <Icon /> should they wish to.

Add background on Progress Bar container

Tie together all the default setting values (padding) for buttons, inputs, selectboxes

I'm thinking something along the lines of a rectangular bordered box,
with a background containing a repeating (45 deg angled) linear gradient. The width of the element inside the box would be a % width.

Make links look more aesthetically pleasing on hover

Seems that sub-pixel rendering anomalies are resulting in borders not being properly visible within certain viewport sizes.

• A stacked list of links
• Background changes when hovered / active
• Optional dividers to separate groups.
• Should be composable with other components so could live inside of the Flyout, Foldable etc.
