dpaste-be should be meta, root repository

dpaste-be should be root repository which has following child nodes:

  • sub-repository pointing to dpaste-be-daemon (currently it is located within this repo)
  • sub-repository pointing to dpaste-be-container (which will be LXC container - still not sure if it best idea to keep such things on github?)
  • .sh scripts for:
    • one-step fetching, building and env preparing script that will prepare everything for deployment.
    • automatic updating of available compilers, including: various versions of DMD, LDC, GDC + trunk versions of DMD, LDC, GDC
    • watchdog script that will make sure that both container and dpaste-daemon are alive

dpaste-be-worker should be moved as sub-repository to dpaste-be-daemon
