Steps To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce are

1. Launch EVA ChatbotApp URL.
2. Create a User-defined Domain
3. Navigate to the Intent Page
4. Create an intent and add some user utterance
5. Move the mouse over the user utterance and click on any one of the user's utterance

Expected Result: Annotate Entity pop-up should not be displayed unless the Parameter is selected.

Actual Result: Annotate Entity pop-up should is displayed when no Parameter is selected.

Actual Result: User is unable to edit just the project description without editing the project name and an error stating the ' Project name already Exists'

On Safari , If any intent is created its events are emmited 3 times on domains page. Happens only on Safari as of now

Actual Result: Project is created and notification is displayed as well. However, the project is not displayed in the project list and needs a refresh to be displayed in the project list table.

Train EVA: This feature allows the user to train EVA once the artifacts are being fed into. NLU Model gets trained as per the data provided and the changes made to the assistant should be reflected. On clicking on ‘Train’ the entire Model gets trained along with all the domains present.

Restore: This button allows to restore the EVA to its initial stage. Once the user has made changes to EVA at any point, this feature allows the user to restore the assistant to its initial stage. Once restored all the data that is entered into the assistant by the user will be wiped out and only the default domains with its default intent, entities and stories will be present in EVA

1. Launch EVA ChatbotApp URL.
2. Create three entities.
3. Double click on one of the entity and try to open another entity

Expected Result: The entity that was double-clicked on should be displayed as it is and the user should be able to open and edit another entity.

Actual Result: The entity that was double-clicked crumbles and the user is not able to change anything in the opened entity and the page becomes unresponsive and on refresh, the application behaves unexpectedly.

1. Launch EVA ChatbotApp URL.
2. Create few Entities as shown in the Evidence

Expected Result: New Entity Textbox should always be visible on the screen without any scrolling.

Actual Result: New Entity Textbox is hidden after a few rows of entities.Please refer the attached evidence.
