When loading a partial image file, the margins are transparents

Add an optional new layer with the raw tile data from VRAM when importing tiled modes (SC1, SC2, SC4).

In SC6 and SC7 modes the pixel aspect ratio must be (1:2)

Use the Plugin preferences to store the import dialog last used options

Add the option to export a image in several MSX formats

After downloading the msx_image_import_1.2.aseprite-extension file and adding it in the Preferences dialog, the menu item Import MSX image file is not showing up. I don't know if this is expected, but when I go to Extensions preferences, the MSX image files import extensions appears in the Palettes section.

Image formats SR* are not supported yet.

Apply MSX2 palette in MSX1 modes if there is one
