The repository contains information and code used for the analyses supporting the paper "OpenStreetMap Contribution to Local Data Ecosystems in COVID-19 Times: Experiences and Reflections from the Italian Case", to be submitted to the journal "Data" for inclusion in the special issue "A European Approach to the Establishment of Data Spaces".

The main content is the Jupyter notebook osm_covid19_italy_analysis.ipynb, which includes the data analysis used to extract information from the OpenStreetMap database and calculate the numbers used in the text, tables and figures of the paper.
