Change the repository name to lower-case letters

Many github repository names consists of lower-case letters and hyphenation. It is a little complicated for me to operate some command, such as git clone or cd, with a reposigory name mixed upper-case and lower-case letters.

For example, hotpapper-beauty-with-solr. It's only my taste.

Add a getting-started-with description to README

I think users don't know what they do at the first with the current README. At least, I don't know the script to execute at the first. You had better add a getting-started-with description to README.
