[doc] Create new concept 'PreferencesConfigurator.Preview(Edit)Mode'.

• So I need a way (reflection?, keys?) to configure who the labels will be binded, how the changed values will be communicated.
• Thats will also means that the models for the MainSections, SubSection and Settings are annotated with JSON, so the file can loaded immediatly into the Java objects.
