echo file_get_contents($_GET['url']);

You might not be aware, but file_get_contents() also allows you to read local system files too.

Example: http://naofo.de/proxy.php?url=/etc/passwd

You should look in to validating that the 'url' parameter is indeed a URL and not something malicious.

Como sites de notícias tendem a alterar os títulos e conteúdo do que publicam, seria interessante ter estampado na página de resultado, além do URL original a data exata em BRT ou UTC em que o link foi acessado para fins de registro e comparação.

Encurtei por descuido duas vezes o mesmo URL e o sistema não corrigiu isto.
