Make it possible to choose between downloading videos in playlist as mp3's and as mp4's

All 3 main functions (Song, Video, Playlist_function) seem to have code partly repeated (mostly the logging part), that might be ideal opportunity for me to practice decorators.

Dots are removed from final video name which is unintended, take a look into that

Make it possible to execute it with parameters straight from command line using sys.argv, for instance:
py main.py -song/video/playlist --logging(On/off)
which is what youtube-dl mostly does anyway but converting one thing into another to convert it back again seems fun

because it's as basic as it gets
